Holm & Halby and Shimadzu have made the mutual strategic decision to part with Shimadzu starting its own organization in Denmark.
Shimadzu Denmark will be providing sales and service for Shimadzu´s analytical instruments across Denmark.
The start-up of Shimadzu in Denmark and the transfer of the business, responsibilities and resources takes place in close cooperation. This means that Shimadzu, with its own organization, will assume all responsibilities for sales, support, service, existing agreements and guarantees for customers with Shimadzu´s analytical instruments in Denmark.
Shimadzu will start its operational business in Denmark as of September, 1st 2020. We, Shimadzu and Holm & Halby, will keep our customers continuously informed as we move forward.
In the meantime, everything works as usual and you turn to Holm & Halby with inquiries about products or services. Holm & Halby will also continue to carry out service and maintenance on your equipment until the transition is completed.
